BBQ Ellison Flat
Iron Steaks/Roast
2 lbs Flat Iron
Steaks or Roast
2 Bay Leaves
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup Worchester Sauce
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
4 cups Water
Cooking
Instructions
Place Flat Iron
Steaks/Roast in slow cooker and add rest of
ingredients. Cook for 8 hours, when
done, pull apart.
Add BBQ sauce (see
recipe below) and shredded meat in a pan,
heat until all ingredients are mixed well
together.
BBQ Sauce:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
4 Cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 tsp Worchester Sauce
1/2 can Coke
